All retail orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
For bulk, retailer, or wholesaler orders, processing times vary based on the custom weaving requirements and quantity. Our sales team will provide an estimated timeline during the quotation process.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days within India depending on your location.
We currently offer international shipping for bulk and wholesale orders only. Please contact us directly for international shipping quotes and timelines.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
